Web based Cataract Surgery Audit System went LIVE! Surgeons can now enter patient data from the operating theatre directly into the system using a touch screen.. The system generates operation reports and captures surgery data for further future analysis.

The system was designed by Alex Iwanus and developed in-house by Kaizen Information Systems, Holroyd Private Hospital with assistance from Dr Sam Lerts. The picture shows Dr John Kevin entering information about the cataract procedure that was performed just few minutes earlier (at Holroyd Private Hospital). Sam Gao (Kaizen Information Systems) monitored the progress of this interaction.
